Common questions
Is Cresdock really free?
Yes — free forever for one user, no card needed. You only pay if you want to invite more people into your workspace. The catalog, updates and support channel are the same on Free as on Pro.
What does Pro actually unlock?
Inviting more than one person to your server, with each getting their own isolated, quota'd workspace. Pro also adds the WHMCS/Blesta reseller integration, per-user resource caps with live monitoring, and geo-blocking on the firewall.
Is there a refund if it's not for me?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked, on Pro.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free tier needs no card at all, and your setup carries over if you later upgrade to Pro — you don't reinstall anything.
Can I resell workspaces to my own customers?
Yes — Pro includes WHMCS and Blesta modules built for exactly that, so a hosting business can sell Cresdock workspaces the same way they sell any other product.
Is annual billing available?
Not yet — pricing right now is monthly only, at a launch price already 50% below the eventual standard rate. Annual billing (with a further discount) arrives after launch.
